Where We Started
Cemtec Restoration Inc. was founded in 1992 by Patrick McVeigh in Ontario, California, the same year his first daughter was born. Driven by a vision to build a sustainable future for his family, Patrick started the company independently, persevering through every challenge with dedication and hard work. What started as a one-man operation has since grown into a family-run business, with Patrick and his two sons leading the way in concrete restoration. Together, they continue to uphold Cemtec’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and excellence in every project.
