With over 30 years of experience in concrete restoration, Patrick founded Cemtec in 1992 with a commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term performance. His leadership and hands-on expertise have built Cemtec into a trusted name throughout the Southwest. Patrick continues to guide the company’s standards, ensuring every project reflects the craftsmanship Cemtec was built on.
Patrick McVeigh (PJ)
- Project Manager
Raised in the family business, PJ developed a deep understanding of concrete restoration from an early age. As Project Manager, he oversees field operations, scheduling, and quality control to ensure every project meets Cemtec’s high standards. PJ is known for precision, accountability, and delivering work done right—the first time.
Tyler McVeigh
- Operations Manager
Tyler oversees Cemtec’s operations and business processes, focusing on efficiency, logistics, and client satisfaction. His early involvement in the company gave him a strong foundation in both construction and business management. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, Tyler helps drive Cemtec forward while maintaining the company’s core values.

Where We Started
Cemtec Restoration Inc. was founded in 1992 by Patrick McVeigh in Ontario, California—the same year his first daughter was born. Driven by a vision to build a sustainable future for his family, Patrick launched the company independently, overcoming challenges through dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
What began as a one-man operation has since grown into a family-run business, with Patrick and his two sons now leading the company together. Across generations, Cemtec has remained committed to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence in every project we take on.
